The most busy portions of any warehouse are the shipping and receiving docks. These busy areas could become very crowded. The lift trucks should provide excellent visibility, be as compact as possible and highly maneuverable. Lift truck operators who are working on a dock must step off of and onto their lift truck for the duration of their shift. Yale showcases the double-reach NDR and single reach NR units for aisle widths of 8 to 10 feet. Narrow aisle applicants increase the ratio of storage space to aisle width. NDR & NR Productivity Enhancements
Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment: On the Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment, there is a choice between the side stance or fore/aft stance. It also features a variety of different control handle configurations so as to meet a variety of operations.

AC Motor Technology: The AC Motor Technology features strong speed, excellent lifting speeds and fast deceleration, in addition to fast plugging options. This enables the equipment to combine responsive directional changes so as to increase the number of loads transported in a shift.

Mast & Reach Assembly: To improve mast durability and overall rigidity, the mast and reach assembly feature trunion mounting and tapered roller bearings. It also is reinforced for a long life with a gusseted rear frame weldment and extra reach-assembly welding.

Power Lowering: Yale is proud to provide industry leading lowering speeds, which can improve the units productivity and throughput.

Regenerative Lowering: The regenerative lowering feature reduces battery changes per shift by maintaining lower oil operating temperature.

Electronic Steering: The Electronic steering option is an innovative solution which decreases energy by using hydraulic pumps. The steering tiller is capable of being adjustable by the operator and the steer effort is also technician adjustable in order to help reduce operator exhaustion. When starting up the equipment, the drive tire centers automatically as well.
